Cardio Unlimited
Combines low impact cardio with a blend of choreography and dash of high impact to push the cardio limit. May include intensity intervals and power moves.

Low impact class building patterns to challenge the body and mind.
STEP
Endurance RX
A step based class that alternates between cardio and body sculpting and toning exercises using body bars and hand held weights. This is a multi muscle conditioning
workout combined with simple step cardio intervals.

Step Combo
Class emphasizes advanced step choreography, building complex patterns to challenge the body and mind. Advanced step experience recommended.
Step Power
Offers choreography that’s geared to everyone. Short, simple combo’s ensure a solid cardio workout and athletic style intervals and power movements enhance the intensity.

Circuit XP
Circuit rotates through cardio, strength and power stations. XP=xperience, XP=xplosion XP=xcellence.
Martial Arts Fitness +
Powerful ‘true to form’ Martial Arts class that uses basic punching and kicking techniques. Includes periods of peak intensity followed by active recovery incorporating many functional tools.
Metabolic Surge
This class is dedicated to metabolic training! Metabolic training is high intensity training done with very short bouts of rest. This class is not for the feint of heart. Your muscles will be sore, you will see results! Intensity is key in this class!
Turn & Burn
Cycle circuit with weight training intervals, offering an intense workout for all fitness levels.

XIT: Extreme Interval Training
Heavens NEW signature class. Take your fitness to the next level. Various sets of intervals using metabolic training techniques. Challenges the cardio, resistance, and core systems of the body! Intermediate to advance workout
STRENGTH
Bosu Blast
Functional class using the weighted BOSU Ballast Balls, BOSU balance trainer and other functional balls. Class can include cardio drills, resistance training and core exercises.

HIT: High Intensity Training
An interval format class including sets of intense resistance training exercises organized in a tri-set format (do each exercise 3 times) followed by basic hi/lo power interval drills for 1-2 minutes. Participants will acheive a well-rounded resistance training workout that also challenges the anaerobic cardiovascular energy system.
INDOOR CYCLING
