Heavens Fitness and its staff act as ambassadors of health and fitness, working actively in the community to inspire people to MOVE.

Through our efforts, we raise awareness of the benefits of physical activity and health with the goal to help people in our community lead a fit, balanced and healthy life. 

Karma Yoga  ~ Sunday at 12:00pm~                             

The initiative and commitment of yoga teacher Alan Mileham and his wife, Jackie Mileham, with the support of our team of yoga teachers who volunteer their time have raised over $30,000.00 for local charities.  This ongoing program has donated generously to:

Calgary Food Bank.
One World Development Centre.
CBCA Sexual and Reproductive Wellness Centre.
Kids Cancer Camp
Accessible Housing Society.
Rosedale Hospice in honour of Jennifer Gregory
Discovery House.
James Short Memorial School’s Early Development Centre.

Wood’s Homes Children’s Village School


Ladies Night supporting Canadian Breast Cancer  

Developed by Helen Vanderburg as a way for women to get together to support other women, the Heavens Ladies Night program continually raises funds in the fight against Breast Cancer.  To date, this fun fitness class and social has raised over $8000.00 for the Alberta Chapter for Breast Cancer research.  Join us for the next Ladies Night.
