Here is a quick workout when you are in a pinch for time this holiday season.
10/10/5 – 10 exercises, 10 reps, 5 times through (you could do 10 if you had time)
Box jumps on a bosu or onto a landing of stairs – “Right lead” to step down
Split lunge “Right” – if you have weights you could add a shoulder frontal raise or overhead press
Box jumps “Left lead” – see above additions if weights available
Split Lunge “Left”
Plie/Sumo Squat with bicep curl
Skater – push side to side like a speed skating movement
Tricep push ups – off a bench or the landing of the stairs
Jumping jacks or tuck jumps – low impact alternative “tap side to side”.
