Brickhouse –   M, W, F 7-8a. – (6 week program starts January 14th) A strong foundation in fitness is built one layer at a time. This program is for people serious about improving their health and fitness in multiple areas including: movement, strength, endurance and nutrition.

Combat Conditioning – M 9:15-10:15a (Free trial class Monday January 7th) (6 week program starts January 14th)

Functional total-body workout improving; overall body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance and the cardiorespiratory system (increasing cardiovascular endurance). Learn practical martial art skills and get a great workout.

Gravity TRX Metabolic Blast – M/W 5:30-6:30p (Free trial classes Jan 7th and 9th) (6 week program starts January 14th)-

Looking for a new metabolic challenge? Take your fitness level up a notch with this high energy combination of cardio intervals, supersetting, Tabata, balance training and muscle conditioning. Let the one two punch of TRX and gravity add that extra element of core conditioning that you seek. Work hard and have some fun in this action packed 60 minute class.

Last Round – M/W 6:30-7:30p (Free trial classes January 7th 4:30 and 6:30p) (6 week program starts January 14th)

This time sensitive and efficient, functional total-body workout improves; overall body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance and increases cardiovascular endurance. Kickboxing and Muay Thai influenced workout increasing dexterity, mobility, flexibility, range of motion, balance and coordination.

TRX Barre – Th 5:30-6:30p (5 week program starts January 17th)

Blend the core stabilization and benefits of body weight training on the TRX Suspension Trainer, with the grace, mobility and movement control inspired by ballet. A great class for those who wish to deepen their understanding of body alignment, or just add variety to their workout regime.
