Stay hydrated: adding 500 ml/day between meals can increase caloric burn over a year by 17,500. You will also feel better and look better too!

This time of year is especially important to keep the H2O intake up – alcohol and caffeine trick us into thinking we are getting fluid when they really DON’T.
