Today – make a pact to stick with your workout schedule throughout the holiday season.

It will be a challenge to fit everything in, however it is so worth it in the end. You know you will feel better, have less guilt and reduce stress.

Shorter and/or split workouts still count! Get outside with the kids, shovel the walk, walk to the mall !
