I was interested in this article because I was trying out some compression clothing of my own that never seemed to help or hinder me in any way with my long distance runs. I had used a top often which simply seemed to make me 'cold'. I am not sure why that is but I am looking into it! I have read several article that talks about compression training with explosive moves or sprints but the proof seems to be that it will not help me with my long runs or slow repetitive cardio excercises whatsoever!
